Whistleblower complaints

Northern Territory PHN is committed to achieving high ethical standards and a culture of integrity and accountability. To support this, we have adopted a Whistleblower Policy to facilitate the disclosure of serious misconduct, protect whistleblowers, and ensure that allegations of wrongdoing are investigated through a fair and objective process.

Eligible whistleblowers are encouraged to report any known or suspected incidence of wrongdoing. Please note that there are specific criteria that must be met to qualify for protection as a whistleblower, as specified in the policy.

Whistleblowers may direct their complaint to the Company Secretary:
e ethics@ntphn.org.au
t 08 8982 1000
Northern Territory PHN, GPO 2562, Darwin 0801

The protection of the whistleblower’s identify is entrenched in our policy and whistleblowers are also entitled to make anonymous disclosures. It should be noted that this may affect the ability to investigate the matter properly and to communicate with the whistleblower about the investigation.

Complaints that do not qualify as a protected disclosure under the Whistleblower Policy can still be reported to us using our Feedback Form.
