Finance, Audit and Risk Management Committee

NT PHN's Finance, Audit and Risk Management (FARM) Committee was established to support the NT PHN Board's responsibilities relating to the financial and business affairs of the organisation, including the preparation and integrity of NT PHN's financial accounts and statements and the external auditor's report.

In addition, the FARM Committee considers the internal controls, policies and procedures that NT PHN uses to identify and manage business risks as well as compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. The FARM Committee fosters integrity and maintains an ethical culture throughout NT PHN and ensures NT PHN abides by the provisions of the Corporations Act 2001 and relevant taxation, financial reporting and employment statutes.
