GP Service Support Grant

The GP service support grant helps non-government primary health care providers with recruitment of new general practitioners (GPs). 

Who is eligible?

Non-government or private primary health care organisations, who require support with associated costs of recruitment of GPs.

How much can I get?

The grant is a once off payment at the maximum of ten thousand ($10,000) (GST exclusive). 

It can cover the associated costs of: 

  • onboarding and orientation
  • supporting visa applications and processing
  • employee sponsorship 
  • logistics support
  • reloaction
  • recruitment of GP support staff

How do I apply?
