Salary: $99,357 + Super
Location: Darwin or Alice Springs

  • ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

    The Enterprise Risk Business Partner works in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to optimise internal frameworks for corporate governance, compliance and enterprise risk. You will provide subject matter expertise, critical in the development and implementation of fit for purpose internal frameworks. Your leadership skill will drive a consistent, sustainable approach to the identification, assessment and ongoing management of enterprise risks.

    ABOUT YOU

    This role will suit a candidate that has extensive knowledge and understanding of corporate governance and risk management frameworks. You are a professional with a strong leadership presence who will drive robust and challenging conversations. You are organised, pay attention to detail, have great interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects. If you have the following skills and experience, we’d love to hear from you:

    • Knowledge or training equivalent to a relevant Degree and/or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education /training.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement frameworks and evidence-based, written recommendations relevant to business requirements.
    • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, coordinate multiple activities simultaneously and prioritise workload.
    • Demonstrated advanced organisational skills with attention to detail.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills including advanced comprehension and writing skills to capture, analyse and present complex information.
    • Demonstrated ability to responsibly manage sensitive and confidential matters relating to governance and corporate decision-making.
    • Demonstrated high level computer literacy and proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent engagement skills with a proven ability to build collaborative relationships with a wide range of internal and external clients, partners, and stakeholders, and demonstrated experience in negotiating satisfactory outcomes to complex issues to ensure compliance items are met.
    • Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines.
