What’s the role?

Working as part of the Telehealth Home Hub, you will be able to thrive in working on complex cases and be passionate about providing holistic care to every patient. Experience in any area of integrative medicine will be welcomed, but not essential.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Provide appropriate Telehealth care and services to patients of differing age ranges and varied health care needs
  • Manage long-term conditions in line with national guidelines and pathways
  • Provide appropriate health promotion and preventative health care advice to all patients
  • Refer patients to other health providers and specialists as appropriate

Is the role right for you:

Northside Health NT are looking for general practitioners who have applied knowledge, skills and previous experience in general practice, to treat a range patients with differing levels of health care needs.

Before you reach out and apply, we need you to have:

  • Registration with AHPRA as a specialist medical practitioner
  • Current medical indemnity insurance
  • Two to five years previous experience in general practice
  • Current Police clearance and Ochre Card (Working with Children)
  • Abide by all legislative acts governing medical practice in the NT
  • Maintain personal computer with adequate internet connection and up to date anti-virus software
