Being the successful general practitioner, you will provide comprehensive and continuing primary medical care to individuals and their families. There is a pathology on-site and offsite Chronic Disease Management and Mental Health plan teams.

What will you be doing?

  • Providing comprehensive and continuing primary medical care to individuals and their families
  • Delivering health promotion and preventative health care advice
  • Providing management of long-term chronic conditions in line with national guidelines and pathways
  • Actively communicate and coordinate with colleagues, specialist services and allied health professionals when sharing patient care
  • Willingness to participate in ad hoc on call/after hours work

What do you need to apply?

  • Current specialist registration with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA)
  • Fellow of RACGP or ACCRM
  • Two to five years previous general practice experience
  • Minor treatment room procedure skills
