What’s the role?
Duties include:

  • Manage the pharmacy efficiently, profitably and ethically, in accordance with the pharmacy’s policies and procedures established by the Board of Directors
  • Achieve or exceed budgeted sales and profits through planning, implementing and monitoring all business activities
  • Develop positive business relationships with customers and suppliers at Pharmacy level to achieve growth
  • Set the standards of professional service at the dispensary counter and ensure that staffing is at the appropriate level in consultation with the Retail Manager
  • Supply medicines, including prescription and non-prescription medicines in accordance with the Pharmacy Board of Australia and National Health Act regulations and guidelines.

Is this the right role for you?
Not limited to but before you apply, we need you to have:

  • Full working rights within Australia
  • Tertiary qualification in Pharmacy with registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Registration as a Pharmacist with the Pharmacy Board of Australia and HMR accreditation
  • An ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
