Health professionals are invited to join Kidney Health Australia with GP Consultant, Dr Chris Bollen and General Practice Pharmacist, Mr Tim Perry as they discuss and show how to utilise your practice data to find evidence of chronic kidney disease.

This webinar steps participants through how practice data reports help in CKD diagnoses, what to look for in your data, how to identify the CKD diagnosis gap and what are the next steps to take.

We recommend generating your own practice reports prior to the webinar, and refer to the corresponding graphs to compare your data with our sample practice data to get the most out of the session.
