Exercise Physiologist – Vitality Health & Rehab – Darwin

Why Vitality Health & Rehab?
Vitality Health & Rehab are a Darwin owned and operated Exercise Physiology business. Currently, they operate between two private clinics based in Coconut Grove and Yarrawonga. The team is made up of seven exercise physiologists and two exercise scientists that conduct a variety of gym based rehabilitation, home visits and hydrotherapy.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivate and passionate exercise physiologist to join the team!

What’s the role?
  • Conduct comprehensive health and injury assessments
  • Prescribe exercise for various medical conditions and injuries
  • Conduct semi-private group classes
  • Strong communication with medical and allied health professionals
  • Prompt report writing and documentation
Is this the right role for you?
  • Tertiary Qualifications in Exercise Physiology
  • ESSA Accreditation in Exercise Physiology
  • First Aid
  • Ochre Card (Working with Children)
  • Drivers License & Own Car
  • Previous experience working in private practice is preferred but not necessary
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to learn
  • Passion for professional development and learning
NT PHN/RWA NT may be able to offer relocation support and clinical educational financial assistance to health professionals who are relocating to the NT or moving within the NT to a greater remoteness area classification for the purposes of employment and further clinical education.
