Mutitjulu is the name of the small Aboriginal community located inside the boundary of the Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park, in the shadow of Uluru, and named after the Mutitjulu waterhole located at the base of Uluru.
Congress has expanded to become the largest Aboriginal community-controlled health organisation in the Northern Territory, providing a comprehensive, holistic and culturally-appropriate primary health care service to Aboriginal people living in and nearby Alice Springs, including five remote communities.
The Clinic
Mutijulu Clinic provides services including primary health care, on-call emergency (on call services provided by nurses), women’s health, midwife, mental health, obstetrics and gynaecology. The health centre also receives regular visits from a range of specialists.

- Must have current non-restricted registration by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and general practice specialisation
- Previous experience working in Indigenous health
