Outreach Physiotherapy provides NDIS physiotherapy services for patients across the Northern Territory. The outreach services currently work across Jabiru, Wurrumiyanga, Milikapiti, Wadeye, Milingimbi, Gunbalanya and Maningrida.

What’s the role?
- Provide comprehensive physiotherapy assessments and goal-directed treatment to support our clients.
- Work both independently and as part of our team, with supervision and mentoring provided.
- Collaborate closely with clients, their families, and stakeholders to ensure holistic care.
- Maintain effective communication with allied health staff and Support Coordinators.
- Demonstrate excellent documentation skills, including Physiotherapy Initial Assessment Reports and End of NDIS Plan Reports (training and support provided).
- Utilise clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice to meet clinical standards.
- Collaborate with other allied health professionals and therapy assistants to achieve client goals.
Is this the right role for you?
- Bachelor or Masters of Physiotherapy & AHPRA registration
- Experience working with adult clients highly desirable
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Adaptability to diverse care settings (clinic, home, remote)
- Valid Australian working rights
- Full and current driver’s license
NT PHN/RWA NT may be able to offer relocation support and clinical educational financial assistance to health professionals who are relocating to the NT or moving within the NT to a greater remoteness area classification for the purposes of employment and further clinical education.
