- Salary packaging option (up to an additional $15,895 p/a)
- Extra paid leave over Christmas/ New Year period
- Housing provided for first 6 weeks if relocating for role
- Up to $9,000 for relocation assistance ($2k through Children’s Ground & $7k NT PHN)

What’s the role?
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to improve the health & wellbeing outcomes for the community
- With the community, develop, assess and monitor social and emotional wellbeing needs and strengths
- Be responsible for creating a strengths-based therapeutic framework and service that will work across the Children’s Ground Learning and Health and Wellbeing platforms
- Help to develop and implement family health plans
- Create and deliver responses to population health needs with the local community
Is this the right role for you?
- Relevant tertiary qualification, such as Social Work, Counselling or Psychology.
- ~ 5 years experience and demonstrated successes working in a position that promotes social & emotional health and wellbeing
- Experience working with First Nations communities and an understanding of the effects of colonisation, disempowerment and intergenerational trauma
- Knowledge and experience of trauma informed practice
- Strong relationship, networking and communication skills
- Current driver’s licence, OCHRE Card & National Police Clearance (or willingness to obtain)
NT PHN/RWA NT may be able to offer relocation support and clinical educational financial assistance to health professionals who are relocating to the NT or moving within the NT to a greater remoteness area classification for the purposes of employment and further clinical education.
