What’s the role?
- Manage and coordinate the Therapy Services program and team
- Oversee budgets & performance to ensure ongoing viability of the program
- Provide professional leadership, management and direction to the NT Therapy Services team
- Support comprehensive triage, assessment and transition of clients with high complex needs into Carpentaria programs
- Undertake regular clinical reviews, audits and report on outcomes and recommendations
Is this the right role for you?
- Tertiary qualifications in an relevant Allied Health Discipline
- Relevant Board registration (AHPRA/SPA or similar)
- Demonstrated experience leading & managing a multidisciplinary team
- Comprehensive knowledge of program funding, reporting requirements and service and clinical guidelines relevant to disability sector
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with a strong person centered focus and ability to establish and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders
- Current Working with Children clearance (Ochre Card) and NDIS Worker Screening Check
NT PHN/RWA NT may be able to offer relocation support and clinical educational financial assistance to health professionals who are relocating to the NT or moving within the NT to a greater remoteness area classification for the purposes of employment and further clinical education.
