John Flynn Placement Program

                  

The John Flynn Placement Program (JFPP) is an initiative of the Australian Government Department of Health and is designed to attract the future medical workforce into a remote and rural career.

Northern Territory General Practice Education (NTGPE) deliver the JFPP in the NT with the support of NT PHN. NT PHN and NTGPE work in unison with Health Workforce Queensland to ensure JFPP students placed in the Northern Territory get the most out of their placement in this unique and rewarding rural location.

Students interested in applying to the JFPP will need to register their interest on the JFPP website. The registration period is from January to March each year. For more information on the transition period, including student and mentor frequently asked questions, visit:
