NT PHN has today launched the After Hours health literacy campaign.
The campaign supports patients to ‘make the right choice to get the right care’ and directs them to resources to aid what can be a complex decision when seeking care after hours. The resources refer people to ntafterhours.com.au to search for after-hours primary care services in their location, and to call the HealthDirect national helpline to help make the right decision for that person at that point in time.
The campaign includes TV and internal bus advertising, and posters and magnets that have been distributed to clinics, child care centres and councils across urban areas of the Territory.
To reinforce the messaging, the campaign will be repeated in March 2019.
