Rural Workforce Agency NT (RWA NT) are partnering with Australian Regional & Remote Community Services (ARRCS) to offer a Registered Nurse the opportunity to join their Nganampa Ngura Mutitjulu-nya Flexible Aged Care facility located in Mutitjulu Northern Territory.

ARRCS provide care and support and have a deep respect for all Elders and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures is at the heart of their work. Nganampa Ngura Mutitjulu-nya is a welcoming and comfortable space where the emotional, spiritual and cultural beliefs of residents are at the centre of everything they do.

Being the successful Registered Nurse, you will be a support to the Service Manager and provide quality clinical care based on assessed clients’ needs that enhances and promotes quality of life. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote a consultative and collaborative approach to person centred care planning 
  • Ensure resident care is assessed, planned and implemented 
  • Develop, implement, monitor and review care plans 
  • Ensure reported changes or concerns in a person’s condition are acted upon appropriately

Essential Criteria:

  • Unrestricted working rights within Australia
  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  • Broad nursing experience, particularly in Aged Care
  • Understanding of resident centred and residential based care delivery
  • Current Driver’s License
  • Current Police Clearance and Working with Children (Ochre Card)
