Australian Regional and Remote Community Services (ARRCS) is a not-for-profit care and community service provider that was established in July 2014 to operate residential care facilities and community care programs in the Northern Territory. ARRCS operate ten residential care facilities with a combined capacity of 385 beds, and 11 community care programs in Darwin, Alice Springs, Tennant Creek, Katherine, Mutitjulu and Docker River. Some of the services that they provide are specifically for Indigenous Australians, while others are more generally for older people, people with a disability, clients discharged from hospital or following a visit to their GP.
The role will involve direct provision of nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The Enrolled Nurse will contribute to the development of residents’ care plans and carry out those care plans as directed and in accordance with ARRCS policies and processes. The Enrolled Nurse will administer medications within the scope of practice in the ARRCS medication manual. The position will suit an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse who is passionate and dedicated to delivering quality care.

Ideally, the successful candidate will hold a current Enrolled Nurse Licence and Registration Certificate to practice in the State where employed. They will also have a Medication Endorsement.
